Who designs and makes the bears?
The bears, animals and dolls are entirely created by Carolyn Robbins from concept to the finished product.
Please note the bears, animals and dolls are not toys, therefore are not intended for children under 14.
Although every effort is made to be as accurate possible, all sizes and measurements are approximate.
All images of the products on this site are for illustrative purposes only. Every effort has been made to display the colors accurately. Each computer displays the colors differently and may not reflect the true color. Your product may vary slightly from the images you see.
Where can I purchase your bears?
Warm Heart Bears, animals and dolls can be purchased from this website and online bear shows. We can also be found on BearPile. All bears and animals listed are available for purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis.

You will receive email confirmation of your order. The bear will ship within two days, except on Sunday’s.
Can I pre-order products?
If you see a photograph of a new bear on social media and are interested in adopting, please email me your request.

Do you accept special orders?
Because all bears and animals are made individually and are sold as one-of-a-kind, we cannot create replicas. It seems unfair to the person who adopted a Warm Heart Bear or animals as an individual piece, to replicate that piece for someone else. We have received many requests to replicate bears previously made, but it is quite difficult to do so, and we do not make multiples. The nature of making one-of-a-kind pieces, is that they are different and unique from each other, and have their own character.
Therefore, at the present time, we are not accepting special orders.

Do you accept lay-away?
Yes, there are two options for a lay-away purchase.
First option is to contact me to use a two-month payment plan. Please use the form on the contact page to make your request.
A PayPal invoice will be sent to you for one half the cost of the item plus shipping. The second invoice will be sent for the remaining amount one month from the initial payment.
Once payment is received in full, your item will be posted to the address shown on the PayPal account.
The second option is to use the PayPal credit option, and the bear ships immediately. This option allows for monthly payments up to six months.
What are your shipping terms?
USA – Free shipping using Priority Mail, insurance and tracking.
Signature will be required.
NO INTERNATIONAL shipping at this time
Bears are shipped via the United States Postal Service with Priority Mail. Packages are fully insured for their retail value with tracking.
Orders will only be posted to the address shown on the PayPal account at the time of purchase
All bears are shipped — Foreign and Domestic — in accordance with United States Postal Service Regulations. International mail is subject to customs examination in the destination country. I am not responsible for any customs taxes or fees in your destination country.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Check out with PayPal or enter a credit card. PayPal is very secure, and you don’t need a PayPal account to use the service. They also have a Pay Credit option that can be used as lay-away, and the bear ships immediately.
All prices are in U.S. currency. If you would like to convert your currency to U.S. dollars, the Universal Currency Converter provides this service for you.
Orders will only be posted to the address shown on the PayPal account at the time of purchase.
Who pays the custom fees?
Although we are not presently accepting International order, when we do all international customers are responsible for your country’s custom fees.
Do you accept returns?
Because all items are described as accurately as possible, and include approximate size in the description, all sales are final. Please realize that colors may differ slightly on different monitors.
The USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19.
We are working overtime trying to mail your packages the same day or at the very least the next morning (except Sundays). While we understand that you are excited to receive your purchases, please be patient with the USPS. There have been problems with scanning and tracking. Even if you see PRE-TRANSIT, rest assured your package is in the hands of the USPS. There are significant delays within the postal system but packages are arriving, if not on time.
